U.S. Entry Advisory ("we," "us") is a business consulting and project coordination platform. We help China-based companies plan and coordinate U.S. market entry by structuring projects, providing productized advisory packages, and coordinating qualified third-party professionals.

04Third-Party Coordination第三方机构协调

When we coordinate third-party professionals (lawyers, accountants, banks, registered agents, transfer agents, immigration counsel, etc.), those services are provided directly by the third-party firm under a separate engagement agreement between you and that firm. We are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee or warrant the work product of any third party.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
